Who we serve well

Crestwood East cares for older adults, people living with Alzheimer's and other forms of memory loss, and adults with traumatic brain injuries, in a licensed adult foster care setting. We support daily living, medication management, and 24/7 supervision, with behavioral stability required. Private pay, VA benefits, and long-term care insurance accepted. Medicaid accepted when coverage is already active at admission.

Who we’re honest about not fitting

Skilled nursing needs, severe dementia with exit-seeking, and acute behavioral health. We’ll tell you on the first call, not after you’ve wasted a week.
