What Crestwood East costs. Right here, in writing.
Most assisted living websites make you call to get a price. We think that’s backwards. Here’s ours.
Why we publish our prices
Families shopping for care are stressed enough. You deserve to know if a home fits your budget before you fall in love with it. So here’s exactly what Crestwood East costs and exactly what’s included. If it doesn’t fit, we’ll still help you figure out what might.
How our pricing works
Rates start at $3,800/month. Most of our residents fall between $3,800 and $6,000, and the difference is one thing: how much care your loved one actually needs.
Someone who manages mostly on their own, with meals, medication management, and staff nearby around the clock, is at the starting rate. Someone who needs daily hands-on help with bathing, dressing, and mobility is higher. Someone whose care requires us to add dedicated staffing is at the top of the range. We don’t guess at this and neither should you, which is why the number gets set the same way every time:
Step one: Whitney meets your loved one and does a real care assessment.
Step two: You get your exact monthly number in writing.
Step three: That happens BEFORE you sign anything. No commitment until you know the price.
And after move-in, the number doesn’t creep. If care needs genuinely change, we sit down with you first, explain why, and put the new number in writing. Rates reviewed annually with 30 days written notice. No surprise line items, ever. The only other number: a one-time, non-refundable $2,000 community fee at move-in. The big facilities nearby charge $2,500 and tell you later; we tell you now.
