This Text Messaging Privacy Policy applies to G&O Enterprise, LLC dba Crestwood East, marketed as SilverCrest Living (referred to as SilverCrest Living, we, us, or our). It describes how we handle the phone numbers and messages of people who text with us at (269) 399-6675.

What we collect: your name, your mobile phone number, and the contents of your messages with us.

How we use it: to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm tours, coordinate admissions and move-in, and follow up on your questions.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

What we do not do: we do not sell your phone number or message content. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers: messages are delivered through our business phone provider, which processes them only to deliver our service.
