This policy describes how SilverCrest Living (Crestwood East) handles the phone numbers and messages of people who text with us at (269) 399-6675.

What we collect: your name, your mobile phone number, and the contents of your messages with us.

How we use it: to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm tours, coordinate admissions and move-in, and follow up on your questions.

What we do not do: we do not sell your phone number or message content. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers: messages are delivered through our business phone provider, which processes them only to deliver our service.
